What we provide

NEPAR Kids creates personalized audio stories, songs and animated videos from the details in your idea description. We send a private creative proposal before final production when one is available.

Submitting an idea description and payment

For new video orders, we prepare the full video and provide a watermarked clip of its first 5 seconds for private review. After accepting the clip and offer, you report your bank payment. Once we confirm payment, the full clean video, download and separate share link unlock at the chosen delivery time. Bundle purchases require acceptance of both clips before one payment. Each review is available for 7 days with one included revision. Earlier orders retain their accepted offers.

payment is due only after you review and accept the private proposal; the private proposal page then shows the payment link when it is ready
if you do not accept the proposal, there is no charge for submitting the idea description

Timelines and revisions

We aim to send the creative proposal within 24 hours. Timing can depend on the complexity of the idea description or technical circumstances. One reasonable revision after reviewing the proposal is included; additional revisions are agreed before further production.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel before accepting the proposal without a charge. After acceptance and the start of final production, any refund depends on how much work has already been completed. For cancellation or refund questions, contact [email protected] before production continues.

Your responsibilities

Only submit content you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of children: this form does not ask for a child photo. Upload a pet photo only when you have chosen to include a pet and have the right to share it.
